Senior Desktop, Console and Mobile Developer - C#/Unity3D/C++
My name is Daniel Jeffery and, I am a senior desktop and console developer, with extensive experience with interactive applications and entertainment. I spend most of my time with Unity3D and have a high degree of confidence with it.
My experience ranges from rapidly prototyping ideas to shipping projects, both in large and very small teams. I specialise in making games & applications fun and engaging, as well as taking care of all the aspects to make that a reality.
I have experience in building and supporting low level C++/C# SDKs and engines as well building games on top of them. This includes PC, as well as various Microsoft and Sony devices. I can easily adapt to different environments.
I very much enjoy working with other developers and other disciplines to realise an idea and bring it to market with a high degree of quality. I am diligent, committed and a good communicator.
I am looking for short to medium projects, but I am flexible for longer projects if it is a good fit.
I'm also flexible with my working hours and am happy to work closely with any existing freelancers you work with.
I have experience with Augmented and Virtual Reality as well as more traditional games.
I look forward to hearing from you!
I am based in the UK.

Featherpunk Prime (Unity)
As part of a two man team, one programmer, one artist, we bought this to the Steam PC marketplace in around 13 months.
Featherpunk Prime is a challenging twin-stick shooter with platforming elements. Players control a super Cyber-Flamingo armed to the beak with bullets, mines and rockets, as they blast, boost, slide and shoot their way past hordes of Avian Warbots. The mission is simple: storm the tower, defeat the Evil Guardians and rescue the flamingos

Sumo Squash! was a developed as part of a small team, in my spare time whilst at Sony.
It is a local multiplayer game that was release on the Xbox Live Indie Games service.
This was programmed in C# using our own internal engine over the top of the XNA framework.
My first programming job involved developing games and learning software for schools. These are not demonstrable as they hosted on internal intranets.
I also worked on a tiny Android game and published it on the store. Development time was 2-3 weeks
